Blackmon Holmes PLLC currently has two attorneys: Craig Blackmon, who founded the firm in 2005 (as the Law Office of Craig Blackmon); and Marc Holmes, who joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2009. Craig and Marc are dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective legal representation to individuals dealing with a legal issue concerning residential real estate.
Since its inception, the firm has focused on residential real estate. The firm has always maintained an active litigation practice, handling cases such as breach of contract, boundary dispute, and claims on title insurance.
When Craig launched the firm, he also assisted people in buying or selling a home without using the services of a real estate agent (thus saving money in the process). In 2009, Craig and Marc launched WaLaw Realty LLC, a real estate brokerage. Accordingly, in conjunction with WaLaw, the firm is able to provide comprehensive representation to home buyers and sellers.
